By accessing and using Zevikart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery. Orders are subject to product availability and seller confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. Zevikart is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other force majeure events.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, maintain adequate stock, and fulfil orders promptly. Zevikart reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate our policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Zevikart, including logos, text, and design, is owned by Zevikart or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zevikart acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be reported to our support team.
